A one-month supply is 4 once-weekly doses (28 days); a 3-month supply is 12 doses (84 days), shipped together. "Per month" on a 3-month supply is its price divided by 3; it is billed as one charge. The dose you choose is a request; the licensed provider who reviews your intake sets the dose you are prescribed.

Which plan is the best value?

Of our own plans, the 3-month supply with auto-refill costs the least per month at every dose. Compounded tirzepatide on the 3-month auto-refill plan is $120.14 to $162.64 a month (2.5 mg to 15 mg), billed $360.40 to $487.90 every 12 weeks.

Compounded semaglutide on the 3-month auto-refill plan is $105.97 to $127.22 a month (0.25 mg to 2.4 mg), billed $317.90 to $381.65 every 12 weeks; the 3-month starter pack is lower still, at $96.05 a month ($288.15 per pack, and it can be re-ordered at the same price).

If you would rather not subscribe, a 3-month supply bought one time still costs less per month than buying one month at a time, and it does not renew.

Starter protocols

Starter protocols are 3-month supplies with a set weekly dose for each month, at one price. A provider decides whether a starter protocol is right for you.

How billing works

One-time purchases never renew

A one-time purchase is billed once at checkout and ends after delivery. It does not auto-renew and nothing is charged later. You can buy one month at a time, as often as you choose.

Auto-refill is optional

Subscribe & Save takes 15% off and is only on if you choose it at checkout. Each refill is charged before your current supply runs out, timed to the delivery of your last box: about every 4 weeks (28 days) on a 1-month supply, or about every 12 weeks (84 days) on a 3-month supply. A provider reviews each refill. Pause or cancel anytime from your patient portal, with no fee.

Charged at checkout, full refund if not approved

You pay when you check out. A licensed provider then reviews your intake. If the provider does not approve treatment, your payment is refunded in full; allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Changing your dose

You pay the listed price of the dose and supply you choose at checkout. An auto-refill renews at the plan price set at checkout (for a starter protocol, the continuation price listed beside it). If you ask to move up a dose at a refill check-in, you see the price difference and confirm it before it is charged. There is no separate program charge.
