GLP-1 weight loss · No membership

Compounded tirzepatide & semaglutide with no membership — one month at a time, no subscription

Affinity Direct sells compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide online as one-time purchases with no membership fee and no subscription required, prescribed only if a licensed provider in our partner network finds treatment appropriate: one month of tirzepatide is $174 at 2.5 mg (up to $269 at 15 mg), and one month of semaglutide is $169 at 0.25 mg (up to $199 at 2.4 mg). That price includes the medication, the provider review, injection supplies and cold shipping, and you get a full refund if the provider does not prescribe.

A one-time order is charged once and never renews. The lowest price is on the optional 3-month auto-refill plan: semaglutide from $96.05/mo (the 3-month starter pack, $288.15, the same price when you re-order the pack), and tirzepatide from $120.14/mo. Auto-refill is optional (15% off, cancel anytime), and we serve all 50 states. Prices as of October 16, 2026.

What “no membership” means here

No membership or platform fee

There is no monthly membership, consultation fee or platform fee. You pay only for the medication supply you order.

One all-in price

The price on each dose covers the medication, the provider review, injection supplies and cold shipping. One month of tirzepatide starts at $174; one month of semaglutide starts at $169.

Charged once, no renewal

A one-time order is charged at checkout and ends when your medication is delivered. It does not renew and nothing is billed later.

Full refund if not prescribed

If the reviewing provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, the whole amount is refunded.

No appointment to schedule to get started

You complete an online health intake. A licensed provider in our partner provider network reviews it, typically within 24–48 hours. If the provider needs a video visit, you pick a time online.

Membership plus medication, or one price with no membership

Online GLP-1 programs charge in one of two ways. Comparing them fairly means adding every required fee to the medication and looking at what one month costs with no multi-month commitment.

Membership plus medication

A monthly membership fee is billed every month, and the medication is billed on top of it. The medication price usually rises as the dose goes up. Mochi Health, Hims, and Ro work this way.

One price, no separate membership

One monthly price, with no separate membership fee billed beside it. Affinity Direct works this way, with the provider review, injection supplies and cold shipping included. So do Ola Health, PreventiveMD, Brightmeds, SnagRx, NexLife, Fifty 410, Gimme, Ozari Health, Astra Health, OrderlyMeds, and Rx.com; what else each of their prices includes varies by program, and their own pages list it.

Where we stand on price

  • PreventiveMD at $139, Brightmeds and SnagRx at $149, and NexLife at $169 charge less for one month of tirzepatide, all-in, than our $174 at 2.5 mg, and Ola Health starts at $129 at its lowest doses.
  • Our one-time price rises with the dose, while most of these programs charge one flat price at every dose: at 15 mg, our one-time month is $269, and all 8 flat-rate tirzepatide programs in the table charge less.
  • Of the programs in this table, SnagRx at $99, PreventiveMD at $119, Brightmeds and Ola Health (from) at $129, NexLife at $139, Astra Health at $145, OrderlyMeds at $149, and Gimme at $160 publish a lower one-month compounded semaglutide price than our $169 at 0.25 mg.
  • At its lowest tirzepatide dose, Mochi Health's medication plus its required $79 monthly membership comes to $169 a month, $5 less than our $174 at 2.5 mg, and its current promotion lowers the first month's membership. Its medication price rises with the dose and the membership bills every month; we charge no membership and nothing renews unless you choose auto-refill.
  • For new weight-loss patients, Hims and Ro sell only brand-name medication, with a monthly membership billed on top of the medication, and the medication price rises with the dose. We charge no membership fee, and our compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are priced by dose, one month at a time. Brand-name Zepbound and Wegovy are FDA-approved; compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
  • We are not the only program that sells without a subscription: Ola Health's page says “We don’t do auto-renewals”, Fifty 410's page says “No Subscription Required”, and Rx.com's page says “No automatic renewals: refills only after you check in with your care team”.

“One month, all-in” is the published price of a single month with no multi-month commitment: medication plus any required membership. A price that rises with the dose is shown at its lowest dose and marked “from”. Sale and first-month rates are described as the brand labels them. Embody is left out because its own pages state two different month-to-month prices.

Brand-name medication, bought from the manufacturer

Both manufacturers sell brand-name medication direct, with no membership fee. Neither price includes the prescription itself: you need one from a clinician first. Zepbound and Wegovy are FDA-approved; compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not.

Zepbound (LillyDirect self-pay)
$299–$449 a month. Dose-tiered: $299 at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg, $449 at 7.5–15 mg within a 45-day refill window ($499–$699 otherwise). Prescription, needles and any provider visit are separate. Read Oct 16, 2026 at lilly.com.
Wegovy (NovoCare self-pay)
Pens: $199 a month (for patients new to the Wegovy Savings Offer or NovoCare Pharmacy, 2 monthly fills of 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg, through December 31, 2026), then $349 a month at 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg, and $399 a month for the Wegovy HD pen. Pills: $149 at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg, and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg. Self-pay through NovoCare Pharmacy with a valid prescription; the provider visit is separate. Read Oct 17, 2026 at novocare.com.

One month at a time, or optional auto-refill

Never renews

One month at a time

Buy a 1-month supply when you need it: tirzepatide $174–$269 and semaglutide $169–$199, by dose. When you want the next month, you place another order.

Never renews

A 3-month supply, bought once

A lower cost per month, still with no subscription: from $141.34 a month for tirzepatide (2.5 mg weekly, $424 once) and from $113 a month for semaglutide (the 0.25 → 0.5 → 1 mg weekly starter protocol, $339 once). It ships as one supply.

Renews until you cancel

Optional auto-refill

Choose auto-refill at checkout and each order is 15% off. On a 3-month plan, tirzepatide at 2.5 mg weekly is $120.14 a month, billed $360.40 every 3 months, and semaglutide on the 0.25 → 0.5 → 1 mg weekly starter protocol is $96.05 a month ($288.15 per 3-month pack, the same price when you re-order the pack); left on auto-refill, it continues at 1 mg weekly for $339.15 every 3 months. Each refill bills that dose's auto-refill price, and the price changes if the provider changes your dose. A provider reviews each refill, and you can cancel anytime.

What you pay at each dose

Every price includes the medication, the provider review, injection supplies and cold shipping, with no membership fee. Prices as of October 16, 2026.

How to cancel, and what renews

  • A one-time order has no subscription to cancel. It is charged once at checkout, ends when your medication is delivered, and never bills again.
  • Only an auto-refill order renews, and only if you chose auto-refill at checkout. Each refill is charged on its scheduled date at the auto-refill price for your dose, and a provider reviews each refill.
  • You can pause or cancel auto-refill anytime from your patient portal, with no cancellation fee.
  • If a provider does not prescribe, you receive a full refund.

Affinity Direct is the online division of Affinity Whole Health, a Midwest clinic network founded in 2012 with 4 locations and more than 10,000 patients treated. Weight-loss intakes are reviewed by licensed clinicians in our partner provider network, and the medication is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy.

Common questions

Is there a monthly membership fee?

No. There is no membership, consultation or platform fee of any kind. You pay only for the supply you order: one month of tirzepatide is $174 at 2.5 mg and one month of semaglutide is $169 at 0.25 mg, including the provider review, injection supplies and cold shipping.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Every order is a one-time purchase unless you choose otherwise. Auto-refill (15% off) is a separate option you must select at checkout.

Does a one-time order auto-renew?

No. A one-time order is charged once and never renews. Only auto-refill orders renew, and you can pause or cancel auto-refill anytime from your patient portal.

Can I buy tirzepatide one month at a time?

Yes. A 1-month supply of compounded tirzepatide is $174 at 2.5 mg, rising by dose to $269 at 15 mg. Order the next month whenever you are ready; nothing is billed in between.

Is a video visit required?

Not as a first step. There is no appointment to schedule to get started: a licensed provider in our partner provider network reviews your online health intake, typically within 24–48 hours. If the provider needs more detail, they may ask you to complete a short video visit before deciding, at no extra cost; if so, you pick a time online.

What happens if the provider does not prescribe?

You receive a full refund. You are charged at checkout, and if the reviewing provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, the entire amount is refunded.

Which states do you serve?

All 50 states. Eligibility is confirmed when the provider reviews your intake.

Do other programs charge less than Affinity Direct?

Yes, some do. PreventiveMD at $139, Brightmeds and SnagRx at $149, and NexLife at $169 charge less for one month of tirzepatide, all-in, than our $174 at 2.5 mg, and Ola Health starts at $129 at its lowest doses. Our one-time price rises with the dose, while most of these programs charge one flat price at every dose: at 15 mg, our one-time month is $269, and all 8 flat-rate tirzepatide programs in the table charge less. Of the programs in this table, SnagRx at $99, PreventiveMD at $119, Brightmeds and Ola Health (from) at $129, NexLife at $139, Astra Health at $145, OrderlyMeds at $149, and Gimme at $160 publish a lower one-month compounded semaglutide price than our $169 at 0.25 mg.

How is this different from Hims or Mochi Health?

For new weight-loss patients, Hims and Ro sell only brand-name medication, with a monthly membership billed on top of the medication, and the medication price rises with the dose. We charge no membership fee, and our compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are priced by dose, one month at a time. Brand-name Zepbound and Wegovy are FDA-approved; compounded medications are not FDA-approved. At its lowest tirzepatide dose, Mochi Health's medication plus its required $79 monthly membership comes to $169 a month, $5 less than our $174 at 2.5 mg, and its current promotion lowers the first month's membership. Its medication price rises with the dose and the membership bills every month; we charge no membership and nothing renews unless you choose auto-refill.

Is compounded tirzepatide FDA-approved?

No. Compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Start with a short online health intake

No membership and no appointment to schedule to get started. One month of tirzepatide starts at $174 and one month of semaglutide at $169. If a licensed provider in our partner network prescribes, your medication ships cold with injection supplies; if not, you are refunded in full.

Important safety information: Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Prescription weight-loss medication is only available if a licensed provider determines it is appropriate for you after reviewing your health intake — your dose selection is a request, and the provider sets the actual dose.
