Provider-reviewed care.
No waiting room.
From your first question to medication at your door — here is exactly what happens, step by step.
Complete your intake
Answer questions about your health history, current medications, and goals. No video call. No waiting room. The intake covers everything a provider needs to make a safe prescribing decision — from your phone or laptop.
- Medical history and current medications
- Relevant health conditions (heart, blood pressure, cancer history, pregnancy)
- Preferred treatment and dosage
- Shipping address and secure payment details
A real provider reviews your case
A licensed Affinity medical provider personally reviews your submission. Your intake is read by a real provider who can ask follow-up questions, adjust dosages, or decline a prescription if it is not appropriate.
- Provider confirms safety and eligibility
- Checks for drug interactions
- Issues prescription if medically appropriate
- Contacts you directly if clarification is needed
Medication ships to your door
If prescribed, your medication ships in plain, discreet packaging from our pharmacy partner. The outside package does not identify the medication or treatment type, and the return address reflects the dispensing pharmacy.
- Plain, unmarked outer packaging
- No pharmacy trip, no public counter
- Free 2-day shipping on every order
- You don’t pay for treatment a provider doesn’t approve
Support after your order
If you have questions about your order, shipping, billing, or medication instructions, the Affinity Direct team can help route you to the right next step.
- Order and shipping support
- Billing and portal help
- Medication questions routed appropriately
- Clear next steps if treatment is not appropriate

Only Pay For Approved Treatment
Prescription orders are charged at checkout and fully refunded if a licensed provider does not approve treatment.
What patients ask before starting
No. Affinity Direct is an asynchronous telehealth platform — you complete a written intake form and a provider reviews it on their schedule. No video calls, no waiting rooms, no scheduled appointments.
Most intakes are reviewed within 24 hours. Reviews can take longer over weekends and holidays, and during peak periods, since the 24-hour window applies to business days. You will receive an email notification when your prescription status is updated.
If the provider needs clarification before issuing a prescription, they will message you directly. This is uncommon — most cases are resolved in the initial review.
You are refunded in full. You are charged at checkout, and if the provider determines you are not a candidate for telehealth treatment, the charge is refunded.
You indicate your preference during intake and the provider considers it in their review. The final prescribing decision rests with the provider. If your preferred medication is not appropriate, the provider will explain why and suggest an alternative.
One-time orders are available — no subscription is ever required. If you choose Subscribe & Save, you receive savings on eligible refills, shipped automatically on your chosen schedule. You can pause or cancel anytime.
