Compounded tirzepatide starter pack: common questions
How much is a 3-month compounded tirzepatide starter pack?
The standard compounded tirzepatide starter pack (2.5 → 5 → 7.5 mg weekly) is $373.15 for 3 months with auto-refill ($124.39 a month) or $439 one-time ($146.34 a month), the same price whether it is your first order or a re-order. The 10 → 12.5 → 15 mg weekly pack is $458.15 with auto-refill or $539 one-time. The 15 mg weekly × 3 months pack is $487.90 with auto-refill or $574 one-time. Each price covers 12 weekly doses (84 days) with the medication, a licensed provider's review, injection supplies and cold-chain shipping, and there is no membership fee.
What happens after the 3 months?
A one-time starter pack ends after delivery: nothing renews and nothing is charged later. Re-order the starter pack at the same price, or let auto-refill continue at the final dose's 3-month price ($411.40 every 12 weeks at 7.5 mg after the 2.5 → 5 → 7.5 mg weekly pack; $487.90 every 12 weeks at 15 mg after the 10 → 12.5 → 15 mg weekly and 15 mg weekly × 3 months packs). With auto-refill, refills continue at the protocol's final weekly dose unless your provider changes it; each refill is charged before your current supply runs out, timed to the delivery of your last box, and a provider reviews each refill. Where that price is higher than the pack price, the difference is charged only after you confirm it at your refill check-in. If you ask to move up a dose at a refill check-in, you see the price difference and confirm it before it is charged, and you can pause or cancel anytime from your patient portal.
Is auto-refill required?
No. Auto-refill (Subscribe & Save, 15% off) is optional and only on if you choose it at checkout. Bought one-time, the standard compounded tirzepatide starter pack is $439 for 3 months, billed once, and it does not renew. With auto-refill you can pause or cancel anytime from your patient portal, with no fee.
Is the dose increase included in the price?
Yes. A starter protocol is one price for all 3 months: its 12 weekly doses, including the monthly dose increases (2.5 mg in month 1, 5 mg in month 2 and 7.5 mg in month 3 for the standard compounded tirzepatide starter), ship together, so a dose step within the protocol costs nothing extra. Your prescription label states the vial strength and how much to draw each week; follow it. Your provider sets the dose, and the vial strength can change if the pharmacy changes. A dose change after the protocol is priced at your refill check-in, and you confirm any difference before it is charged.
What if I'm not prescribed?
You get a full refund. You are charged at checkout; if the licensed provider who reviews your intake does not approve treatment, your payment is refunded in full (allow 5–10 business days for it to appear). A starter protocol is a request, not a prescription: the provider decides whether a compounded tirzepatide starter protocol is right for you and may not start you on the one you choose.
