What happens after the 3 months?
A one-time starter pack ends after delivery: nothing renews and nothing is charged later. Re-order the starter pack at the same price, or let auto-refill continue at the final dose's 3-month price ($339.15 every 12 weeks at 1 mg after the 0.25 → 0.5 → 1 mg weekly pack; $381.65 every 12 weeks at 2.4 mg after the 1.7 → 2.4 → 2.4 mg weekly and 2.4 mg weekly × 3 months packs). With auto-refill, refills continue at the protocol's final weekly dose unless your provider changes it; each refill is charged before your current supply runs out, timed to the delivery of your last box, and a provider reviews each refill. Where that price is higher than the pack price, the difference is charged only after you confirm it at your refill check-in. If you ask to move up a dose at a refill check-in, you see the price difference and confirm it before it is charged, and you can pause or cancel anytime from your patient portal.
