How it works here
How a peptide prescription works in Utah
Your intake is read by a clinician licensed to prescribe in Utah, through Affinity's partner provider network — the same network that reviews peptide intakes in all fifty states. That Utah license is what makes the prescription valid here; for a medical doctor, it is issued by the Utah Physicians and Surgeons Licensing Board.
There is nothing to schedule up front. A provider reads your written intake first, typically answers within 24–48 hours, and may message you or ask for a video visit if they need more information, which is more likely before a first prescription in Utah. If they prescribe, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy fills the order and ships it free, in plain packaging, to every Utah address — Salt Lake City, West Valley City, West Jordan, Provo, St. George and Orem included. If they do not, you are refunded in full.
Affinity Direct is the online division of Affinity Whole Health, a Midwest clinic network founded in 2012 that has treated more than 10,000 patients. A Utah peptide order is handled online from start to finish — intake, review and delivery — with nothing to collect in person.
