How it works here
How a peptide prescription works in Iowa
Your intake is read by a clinician licensed to prescribe in Iowa, through Affinity's partner provider network — the same network that reviews peptide intakes in all fifty states. That Iowa license is what makes the prescription valid here; for a medical doctor, it is issued by the Iowa Board of Medicine.
There is nothing to schedule up front. A provider reads your written intake first, typically answers within 24–48 hours, and may message you or ask for a video visit if they need more information. If they prescribe, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy fills the order and ships it free, in plain packaging, to every Iowa address — Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Sioux City, Ankeny and Iowa City included. If they do not, you are refunded in full.
Affinity Direct is the online division of Affinity Whole Health, a Midwest clinic network founded in 2012 that has treated more than 10,000 patients. An Iowa peptide order is handled online from start to finish — intake, review and delivery — with nothing to collect in person.
