How it works here
How a peptide prescription works in Hawaii
Your intake is read by a clinician licensed to prescribe in Hawaii, through Affinity's partner provider network — the same network that reviews peptide intakes in all fifty states. That Hawaii license is what makes the prescription valid here; for a medical doctor, it is issued by the Hawaii Medical Board.
There is nothing to schedule up front. A provider reads your written intake first, typically answers within 24–48 hours, and may message you or ask for a video visit if they need more information, which is more likely before a first prescription in Hawaii. If they prescribe, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy fills the order and ships it free, in plain packaging, to every Hawaii address — Honolulu, East Honolulu, Hilo, Pearl City, Waipahu and Kailua included (transit to Hawaii can take longer than the 2-day service). If they do not, you are refunded in full.
Affinity Direct is the online division of Affinity Whole Health, a Midwest clinic network founded in 2012 that has treated more than 10,000 patients. A Hawaii peptide order is handled online from start to finish — intake, review and delivery — with nothing to collect in person.
